Our capabilities include metal etching on various grades of stainless steel and aluminum, poly-carbonate printing, baked enamel and epoxy finishes, metal photo, photo etching, screen printing, laser cut panels, variable data printing, laminating, bar coding and die cutting.

Stanley Mfg. provides the aerospace industry with on-spec materials from a variety of approved sources. We offer stainless steel from .008 to .125”, aluminum from .003 to .125”, many alloys and tempers are available to meet critical drawing requirements. Processes available include screen printing, sulphuric, cold, and chromic anodizing, passivation, etching, alodine, corrosion protection and special coatings to meet many MIL specs. Our quality system is AS9100D, ISO 9001:2015 certified.

Stanley Mfg. is also Controlled Goods Program (CGP) certified and as such can produce various formats of International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) regulated parts.
